Nap

We had a somewhat troubled day with Lauren on Sunday. She really needed a nap from lunchtime, but refused to have one. So she was in a bad mood, and following the Bagpuss principle that meant the rest of us were too. She eventually went for a nap at 5:30, and slept through until 5:30 in the morning (she normally goes to bed around 7:30 – 8:00). Sam was fine though.
