A ‘concealed carry’ law has recently been passed in Minnesota. It means that if a law-abiding resident applies for a permit to carry a concealed handgun, the police have to issue one (previously they could use their judgement). This means that when I come into work every day I pass a sign stating that my company does not allow firearms on the premises.
