We had a family outing to the eye doctor today. Lauren is doing fine, and will have another checkup in 6 months. Sam had a ‘baseline’ test – he doesn’t have problems at the moment, but they wanted to have a history on him as his sister has problems. He’s somewhat farsighted, which is the norm for children. He’s on the high end of normal, though, so we’re taking him back in a year to see how it’s going.
