Yiyan

Whenever we say Lauren’s name in conversation she interrupts and says “Lauren?” with a smile. Actually she says “Yiyan?”, but you get the idea.

In the last month she’s gradually accepted teddy bears into her life. We reached a peak this morning when I got her up and it took two of us to move assorted stuffed things from her bed to the couch.
