Culture clash

Lauren has a cold at the moment, so to be on the safe side Claire called the doctor out to her last night. He was apparently somewhat abrupt, telling Claire to give her paracetemol, and belittling her for not knowing that Calpol is paracetemol. So our first culture clash working the opposite way (we don’t have Calpol in the US, so aren’t sure what’s in it). The good news is that Lauren’s just fine, apart from having a cold.

Both of them are still struggling with sleep – Grandma and Grandad took Sam out for a drive at 2am to help him get to sleep.
