Guilt

Sam took his first step yesterday, though it was apparently a rather wobbly one. But he’s getting fairly confident at standing up, though he needs to work on his concentration.

Lauren was playing up last night, so eventually we just put her to bed and let her cry. After a while Claire went to check she was OK, and Lauren said “I cried and cried and you didn’t come.” Not that we feel like bad parents now.
