Play

I noticed over the weekend that Lauren has started to play with toys imaginatively. To explain; up to now if she was playing with a dolly, for example, she would hold it and stroke and generally enjoy it as an object. But now she’s starting to make up stories about the things she’s playing with, so we overhear muttered dialogs about what she’s doing and thinking. Claire says this has been developing over the last few weeks.
