Patch

Lauren had a checkup on her eyes yesterday. Apart from the normal trauma of such visits (she hates being examined in this way, so we had to apply liberal amounts of chocolate bribes) everything went fine. She has a slight difference between her eyes, so we have a patch for her to wear over her glasses for an hour per day (while she watches TV or some other visual task). If that doesn’t work out they may up the prescription a little, and as a later option even give her bifocals. This is all to reduce some eye crossing that is still happening. On the upside the optometrist said that she’s actually got pretty good eyesight, just not properly controlled.
