Floor

We got Lauren and Sam a sleeping bag each, in preparation for this weekend’s expedition to Mille Lacs. They already have roll mats, so Lauren was keen to try the full set out. Hence for the last two nights she has been sleeping on her mat on the floor in her sleeping bag. I was reminded of being a child myself; as adults we think of the floor as something to walk on, but as a kid I can remember it seemed a perfectly logical place to lie, sit, play, eat, and store stuff.
