What’s my name?

Sam’s language skills are really developing. He’s not much good at pronouncing things yet, but if you know what to listen for he knows a lot of words. We’re trying to encourage this, as it’s about time he caught up; he’s clearly intelligent, he just needs more encouragement.

Lauren is growing up at a frightening pace. It’s hard to pin it down to just one thing; she is just more aware of her surroundings, of the passage of time, and of how to bargain with us. Having said that she still can’t grasp the complexity of a girl at school having the name Ciara.
