Sleep

Normally Lauren and Sam go to bed between 7:30 and 8:00, get a story each, and then we leave them to play and eventually go to sleep. Last night Lauren was misbehaving so she didn’t get a story (a punishment I don’t like, as I hate to take away things that are good for her, but it is sometimes necessary). Despite some crying because of the punishment, they were both asleep a good half hour before their normal time. I think we may need some extra rules.
