Fun

I was talking to Lauren about going to the Children’s Museum this weekend. We went last weekend, and she cried most of the way there because she really didn’t want to go. Then we got there and she had fun. So when I raised it again she took a slightly calmer but similar view, saying that she didn’t want to go. Then I played my hole card, telling her that we’d be going with Toby and Andrew. She smiled, and said that she would like to go. But so as not to admit complete defeat she shook her head and said “But it won’t be much fun.”
