Birthday

The kids managed to keep the secret (which we cunningly rephrased to make it a surprise, not a secret). They were very excited to give Claire her presents, though lost interest immediately. I produced an extra surprise present, which got everyone interested again for a moment, but then there was pizza and ice cream to eat.
