Catching up

Well we’ve been away visiting Jayne in NYC for the last week, hence the lack of posting here. Everyone had a good time, mostly at least. We helped Jayne and Spence moving to their (very pleasant) new home, which I think was the highlight of the kids vacation (they got to do a lot of packing and unpacking). We did some of the usual touristy things, while trying not to overdo it; the idea was to have a relaxed, rather than touristy, vacation. And where else would you go than the tenseness capital of the US?

I’ll post more recollections if I, well, manage to recollect anything.
