Friends

Sam has worked out the huge importance of friends when you’re little. Whenever Lauren won’t bend to his will he tells her that he won’t be her friend anymore. He’s also developed the habit of marching out of the room and loudly proclaiming that “I’m not going to do ANYTHING.” At times he even kicks things, so great is his frustration. It loses some of its impact when he unleashes his rage on a balloon, of course.
