Starstruck

Lauren’s friend Cole was on America’s Funniest Videos (one of those accidents caught on tape programs) last night.  His sister, Alma, had been singing Jingle Bells, or so far as I could tell Gimbal Bells, outside in the snow when for no apparent reason she decided she was really unhappy.  Not one to stop the show, she continued to sing while whining/shouting/crying, layering comedy on top of cuteness.  As part of the show they give $10,000 to the best clip, and sure enough Alma secured a good start on her college fund by winning.

Lauren was particularly impressed by all this.  Unfortunately it wasn’t the stardom that affected her; I asked her this morning what she was going to say to Cole, and she replied “You won $10,000!”
