Lauren & Sam

It’s not all caviar and baby wipes, mate

Another Report

Last night was our meeting with Sam’s teacher. He’s also doing really well; he’s in the top group for English and Maths, which means he gets time out of the classroom to work with a teacher in a small group. He still has things to work on, of course, but they’re all the sort of thing you’d expect from a young lad, and as one or two of them were explained to us I had very clear flashbacks to being the same sort of age, and being told the same sorts of things. So we’re two proud parents of two smart kids.

As a reward we’re going out to eat this weekend. The kids wanted junk food, but I think we’ve convinced them to try Nandos. Our concession was to go to the nearby pound shop so they could still get a piece of tat toy.
