Big School

Lauren moves up to high school in September, so as part of the preparation her entire year (and their contemporaries from the other local school, I believe) are spending the day there. They’re sorting out various admin details, taking a tour, picking up their school tie, and having a couple of practice sessions. She was excited if a little nervous about it, in about the same measure as her mum. She even walked in on her own, though in this case ‘own’ means with a gaggle of other girls.
